Consultation

I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation. The purpose of this is to give us an opportunity to meet, to ask questions, and decide if starting therapy with me is a good fit for your needs.

Rates

I work off of a sliding scale model. The scale is $120 – $200 per 60 minute session.

During our consultation call, I will ask you to pick a number on that scale for your fee. I will not question what you pick. Please reflect on what financial commitment makes sense for your situation; if you’d like additional resources about how to think about this, let me know and I’ll be happy to provide you with a guide.

Insurance

Unity Within Counseling does not accept insurance. However, some insurance providers will reimburse you for out-of-network practitioner sessions. I am happy to provide you with a super-bill that you can take to your insurance company. Please check your out-of-network coverage in advance if you are interested in possible reimbursement.
